Introduction

Are you always feeling a little bit afraid, anxious and nervous that an anxiety attack is right around the corner? Are you feeling sad but you’re ashamed or embarrassed to tell anyone about the bad days you experience? You don’t have to feel ashamed of your feelings anymore. I have created a safe space for you to talk about your emotions with no judgment. I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives. Together, you and I will figure out what’s really going on. I know that no single approach is the right one for every individual, and so I have been trained in CBT, holistic therapeutic approaches, motivational interviewing, and person-centered approaches to treatment. The tools that I’ll provide you with are tools that can help to lower symptoms and get you back to feeling like yourself again. My educational background includes an MA in Clinical Psychology, a Clinical Psychology Certification, and a bachelor’s in Psychology. I have 5-plus years as a mental health therapist. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) in Washington, dedicated to helping adolescents, adults and couples navigate life’s challenges with compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. We will work collaboratively to recognize your strengths and address the symptoms you have been experiencing. I look forward to meeting you, listening and getting to know you. Let’s start this journey together!
