My work focuses on targeting ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs around self-esteem, abilities and healthy relationships, and I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about teaching skills and providing resources for individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, addiction, low self-esteem, emotion dysregulation and more.
