At 25, I bring a fresh and relatable perspective to therapy—especially for teens, college students, and young adults navigating the challenges of growing up in today’s world. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I work independently at Inner Strength Therapy, where I support adolescents, young adults, and adults in individual therapy. My clients often come in dealing with anxiety, life transitions, trauma, identity questions, and the pressure of figuring out who they are and where they’re headed. What sets my approach apart is the balance I bring: I’m close enough in age to understand the current culture, pressures, and digital landscape that younger clients are growing up in, while also bringing professional experience, structure, and evidence-based tools to guide real progress. I aim to create a space where clients feel seen, respected, and never judged—where therapy feels more like a genuine conversation than a clinical appointment. My background includes counseling students at Xavier University, working on a child psychiatry unit at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, and now providing individual therapy in private practice. I’ve worked with high schoolers, college students, and adults from many different walks of life—and I value building a relationship that feels safe and collaborative from day one. Whether you're a parent looking for someone your teen can genuinely connect with, a college student feeling stuck or overwhelmed, a young adult navigating life on your own terms, or a parent seeking support for your own mental health, I’m here to meet you where you are. Therapy with me is a space to feel heard, build insight, and move forward with clarity and confidence—at a pace and in a style that feels right for you.
