If your child or teen is struggling with low mood, anxiety, or stress, you're looking for a caring, skilled clinician who can help. As a licensed psychologist, I will listen to your family's story for strengths, challenges, and themes in order to develop a thoughtful, individualized, and evidence-based treatment plan. I've found that building warm, trusting relationships with both patients and their caregivers is essential to successful outcomes in therapy. I will work one-on-one with your child, and collaborate with you to translate what we're doing in therapy into home, school, and beyond. I specialize in assessing and treating children and adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, and adjustment to difficult circumstances and/or trauma. I also have expertise in working with LGBTQ+ youth. Outside of private practice, I am an Attending Psychologist at Boston Children's Hospital and an Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School. Deciding to seek therapy takes courage, and seeking therapy for your child is an extra courageous step. I would be glad to connect to learn about what you're looking for, and to share more about my practice.
