Introduction

Hi, I’m Christina, a licensed trauma therapist dedicated to helping individuals reclaim connection to themselves after overwhelming life experiences. My approach is integrative, drawing from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, and nervous system-informed care. I believe that healing isn’t just about talking, it’s about coming back home to your body, your breath, and your inner sense of safety. I began this work out of both professional calling and personal experience, and I’ve spent over a decade walking alongside people navigating trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and disconnection. My clinical lens is grounded in compassion, embodiment, and the belief that every nervous system has the capacity to heal. I currently work with women and offer remote therapy across Arkansas. If you’re seeking a safe, supportive space to explore your story, reconnect with your body, and move toward healing at your own pace, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
