Introduction
Hello! I'm Chelsey Kinney, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S). Over the last 13 years, I have had the privilege to counsel individuals and groups in outpatient, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. It is an honor to be a part of someone's healing journey in intensive settings often needed during some of the darkest times in their life. Serving as Clinical Director, I oversaw the counseling for every client and personalized their healing to their needs. I also oversee Licensed Professional Counselor Associates and hope to inspire the next generation of counselors. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel truly seen and heard. I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and OCD. I believe that everyone has the capacity for healing and growth, and my role is to walk alongside you on that journey. My desire is to help you make sense of what you are experiencing while learning new coping methods in a compassionate and safe space. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Trauma Informed modalities to help you build practical skills, gain new perspectives, and find your own path toward healing and restoration.
