Welcome - I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Chelle, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, offering Telehealth services to individuals, couples, & adolescents. Do you feel stuck, hopeless, or unable to achieve your goals? Are you not quite where you want to be in life? When relationship difficulties and unresolved past experiences weigh you down, they can lead to feelings of anxiety, irritability, insomnia, and struggles in your relationship with yourself and others. Taking action is the first step toward change. Using structured, goal-oriented, and evidence-based treatment approaches, I help my clients navigate life’s challenges and build a path toward healing and growth. While we can’t change the past, we can change how we view ourselves, the world around us, and how we move forward. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate therapeutic environment where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself—empowered, self-aware, and resilient. I earned my Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida in 2009. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and adolescents, specializing in: Trauma Bonds, Affair Recovery, Men & Women Navigating Emotional & Relational Health, Intimate Partner Betrayal & Recovery Domestic Violence/Abuse Recovery Navigating Divorce & Co-Parenting (Including with High-Conflict Individuals), Coping with End-of-Life & Terminal Illnesses (Family & Individual Therapy), Relationship Discernment, Personality Disorders, Life Transitions & Self-Esteem Issues Body Image & Self-Worth Addictions & Eating Disorders Recovery. I am in the process of becoming Gottman Certified and have completed Level 1 Training, Treating Trauma and Affairs, and The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work through the Gottman Institute. I am a trauma informed therapist and my primary treatment modalities include Client Centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and I am currently pursuing certification in Traumatic Stress Studies through The Trauma Research Foundation. I also integrate a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective into my practice, recognizing that true healing happens on multiple levels. In my personal life, I am a proud mom to three kiddos. I enjoy spending time with family and close friends, being near the ocean, and practicing yoga. I've walked through my own share of life’s ups and downs, which helps me connect with others in a real and meaningful way. I believe there’s light at the end of every tunnel, and that asking for help is the first step toward making lasting change. I truly believe that with the right support, healing and growth are absolutely possible ~ and that’s what I aim to offer through counseling. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I will meet you where you are and tailor treatment based on your current struggles and short and long term goals. Together, we will work to bring light, healing, and joy back into your life. Hope and transformation are possible ~ taking this step is an act of courage, and I am honored to support you on your path.
