Introduction

Carrie Koushyk is the owner and psychotherapist of Soulful Alignment Therapy, PLLC. Do you ever feel like you have to be everything to everyone? Maybe you see yourself as a people-pleaser or perfectionist, finding yourself worrying about what other people think or noticing that anxiety seems to run the show in your day-to-day life. You might be the one who takes care of everyone, but deep down you wish someone would show up for you in the same way. If you’re ready to stop carrying it all alone and want a space where you feel truly understood—you’re in the right place. In our work together, my goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and step confidently into the life you want to create. I am passionate about helping individuals overcome anxiety and trauma, embrace their neurodivergence, and break free from patterns of people-pleasing, codependency, and perfectionism. I take a personalized, supportive approach to therapy, drawing from methods like ACT, IFS, and EMDR to help you feel grounded, empowered, and aligned with your authentic self. Along the way, I’ll also share tools and insights to give you more clarity about your inner world and practical ways to cope when life feels like a lot. While life will always bring challenges, we have the power to change how we relate to them—and to ourselves. Some of the most powerful growth happens when we lean into discomfort, release patterns that no longer serve us, and embrace who we are, flaws and all. I’m proud of you for taking this step toward healing and self-growth, and I look forward to supporting you on your journey. OFFICE LOCATION: 5353 W DARTMOUTH AVE # 305, DENVER, CO 80227-5515
