Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in the helping profession for over 20 years. I started as a Social Worker in a School Based Counseling program over 20 years ago where I supported children, families and teachers. Since that time, I have worked with children and families as a focus. I have experience in crisis assessment and management, substance abuse, pre and postnatal mood and depressive disorders, trauma, sexual abuse, child and adolescent counseling, family counseling and couples counseling. I am committed to helping teens, individuals, families and couples learn how to build healthier relationships in communication, self-forgiveness, empowerment and empathy. My work focuses on targeting ineffective mindsets, behaviors, habits, and beliefs in how we approach life. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I’m passionate about supporting all individuals in seeking healthy thought patterns and manage negative influence, thoughts in a self-respecting manner. If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request.
