Some want help managing stress, others are facing sadness, anger, or anxiety. Together, we can develop skills and tools to manage emotions, reduce stress, and help you feel more in control. We’ll focus on what’s meaningful to you — your values, your goals, your story. I also offer psychological testing for adolescents and young adults. Psychological testing can help identify learning disabilities and help with clarifying diagnosis. If you are questioning if your child or teen has ADHD, anxiety, a learning disability or would just like a better understanding of how they learn psychological testing can help. I may not be your “typical” therapist. I’m genuine, warm, and I bring a sense of humor into the room when it fits, because therapy doesn’t always need to be heavy to be helpful.
