Lydia specializes in supporting individuals through anxiety, chronic illness, grief and loss, life transitions, spirituality, and the unique challenges faced by immigrants and refugees. Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing on evidence-based techniques alongside an understanding of the profound ways in which cultural identity, spirituality, and life experiences shape one’s mental and emotional well-being. Lydia is trained in clinical mental health, trauma-informed care, grief, theology, and psycho-oncology. She is a bilingual therapist, English/Spanish committed to serving Latino/Hispanic families. Lydia is under the supervision of Nathan Chase, LPC-MHSP.
