Introduction

I am a licensed psychotherapist who provides therapy for high achieving college students and successful women with anxiety. I help clients confront their perfectionism, learn time management skills, strengthen their leadership skills, develop effective decision making strategies, create boundaries, communicate effectively, cultivate healthy relationships, and ultimately decrease their anxiety. I've seen firsthand how prioritizing one's mental health can positively alter your level of success. I believe that it can do the same for you. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, domestic violence, clinical, and educational settings. I have a strong career background of working with children, adolescents, women, and men. I have spent several years helping my clients to work through and overcome things like anxiety, depression, anger, abandonment, self-esteem, career problems, relationship problems, and work related abuse. I work with all types of clients including curious millennials, busy corporate professionals, amazing teachers, and powerhouse CEOs. The basis of my theoretical approach is Adlerian Therapy while utilizing ideologies and techniques from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My style of therapy is acting as a guide to my clients, assisting them as they navigate through their issues. I use strategic interventions to help clients challenge their negative thoughts and step into a fulfilling life.
