Introduction

Cadie Millard received her Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University and is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (MN, WI) and Clinical Supervisor in Minnesota. She is a National Certified Counselor and has experience working in urban school systems, adult education and colleges, outpatient and inpatient settings, community based programs, and private practice counseling. Her passion is in serving individuals affected by trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and issues in relationships, college/career, care giving, or illness, and guiding individuals in healing and persevering through life challenges while manifesting and actualizing their dreams. Cadie provides trauma-informed, neurodivergent- and gender-affirming care including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) which is an evidenced-based treatment for PTSD, and effective for depression, anxiety, and stress-related issues. With Healing Dreams, Cadie's mission is to provide inclusive and accessible mental health care that empowers clients to prosper and grow. Healing Dreams Counseling & Consulting, LLC, intends to increase access to care by providing virtual clinical supervision for clinical trainees to become highly trained and competent counselors in efforts to fill the need in mental health services and better serve the community. To meet the needs of her clients across Minnesota and Wisconsin, she currently provides therapy and consultation services via telehealth video sessions. She hopes to aid in closing the accessibility gap to quality mental health care by offering online counseling that is convenient, holistic, and empowering. Cadie's therapy style is nurturing and inviting to provide a safe space to process, explore, and problem-solve.
