It is my belief that everything we need for achieving positive change already exists within us. Life, at times, can be difficult. Obstacles and challenges that permeate our lives, emotions, relationships, and occupations can quickly cause us to lose sight of the skills we have for coping. Through the journey of therapy, it is my hope to walk alongside others as they work to regain those strengths, form new ones, and create a life that is satisfying and full of connection. It is my intention to meet people in a space of nonjudgmental safety, allowing them to be the author of their story and identity. I seek to listen, understand, and arrive at the root of some of life’s most challenging circumstances together.
