It takes tremendous courage to choose to engage in therapy, no matter the reason, as asking for help and taking the risk of being vulnerable can be intimidating. Drawing from my years working as a clinician at a premier treatment facility, I incorporate cognitive behavioral therapies and relational therapy into sessions to effectively identify and hurdle the roadblocks that interrupt us from accessing our true, authentic selves.
