I know what it’s like to lose yourself in a toxic relationship or to believe your needs are “too much.” That lived experience is part of what led me to this work and what fuels my passion for helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their worth. I specialize in working with adult women and couples in Arizona who want to break unhealthy cycles, build self-worth, and experience healthier, more secure relationships. With training from The Meadows, I use a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens, integrating Post Induction Therapy (PIT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help you understand what’s really going on and begin healing from the inside out. Clients describe me as warm, authentic, and easy to talk to. I bring curiosity, compassion, and a bit of humor into our work — because therapy should feel human, not clinical.
