My name is Brittany Cave, LPC-A supervised by Jonathan Taglione. When life feels overwhelming and heavy, having a supportive, caring space can help us find our way forward. I believe we are innately wired to find healing and growth, and it is possible to find hope and strength throughout the struggles of life. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you with compassion, openness, and respect, offering a safe space where you can feel truly seen and heard. We will work together to identify the patterns that no longer serve you and discover new ways forward. I draw from relational, experiential, and mindfulness-based approaches to help you connect to and explore your emotions. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, a difficult life transition, needing support through a stressful season, or working through the impact of past trauma, I strive to create a space where you feel supported, seen, and empowered to make meaningful change.
