Brissa is a compassionate mental health therapist dedicated to helping teenagers (16+ years old), and adults navigate anxiety, depression, and PTSD. With several years of experience in the social work field, she has developed expertise in supporting families affected by domestic violence, as well as working with teens and adult men dealing with mental health challenges and substance abuse. Brissa believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their struggles, uncomfortable past experiences, and emotional difficulties. She understands the importance of reflecting on one’s history to gain insight into how it influences present-day challenges. As a Spanish speaker, Brissa is passionate about working with clients from diverse backgrounds and is especially committed to giving back to her Latine community. Beyond individual therapy, Brissa is deeply invested in helping clients improve their relationships. She enjoys guiding clients to strengthen their connections, break unhealthy cycles, and build healthier communication patterns. Whether working on interpersonal dynamics, family issues, or romantic relationships, Brissa is devoted to empowering her clients to make positive changes and enhance their overall well-being.
