Meet Our Team Brianna Postelnek, LCSW – Founder & Lead Therapist Brianna specializes in working with older adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating a range of emotional and life challenges, including ADHD (adults only), OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. With a strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), her approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. Brianna also brings valuable experience from the long-term care field, supporting individuals and families as they adjust to chronic illness, dementia, and transitions in care. She is especially passionate about empowering adult women and BIPOC clients in areas of self-esteem, relationships, and life stressors. Brianna Mora, LMHC – Associate Therapist Brianna Mora takes a person-centered, integrative approach to therapy, blending modalities that best support each client’s emotional, psychological, and situational needs. Her warm, empathic style fosters a safe space for clients to explore life’s challenges, build resilience, and grow into their most authentic selves. Brianna works closely with clients navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and major life transitions—especially within the BIPOC community. She believes in the power of collaboration and views the therapeutic relationship as a partnership in healing. Virginia Eulacio Cierniak, MA, LCAT, MT-BC – Associate Therapist Virginia is a bilingual (English/Spanish), trauma-informed creative arts therapist who supports individuals across the lifespan. She specializes in working with clients managing anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, trauma, chronic and invisible illness, and end-of-life transitions. With a strong focus on serving BIPOC, Autistic, and neurodivergent individuals, Virginia’s work is culturally responsive and rooted in social justice. She integrates music therapy and Reiki into her sessions for those seeking alternative, holistic paths to healing. Her compassionate, affirming approach centers each person’s unique story and strengths.
