Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting clients facing anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions, ADHD, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a model that supports you in becoming more open to your experiences, clarifying your values, and taking meaningful action—even in the presence of difficult thoughts or emotions. ACT helps us notice and unhook from unhelpful patterns while building a more flexible, authentic way of living.
