It’s easy to feel disconnected—like your experience doesn’t match the world around you. Even when something resonates, it may still feel like something’s missing or you’re alone in your experience. That’s where therapy can help. I work with people who feel stuck in patterns that affect their relationships, careers, and sense of self. This may be related to trauma, addiction, life transitions, attention difficulties, OCD, or other mental health challenges. My approach focuses on building awareness without judgment. I’ll help you better understand how you cope and navigate your world, and together we’ll work toward growth, confidence, and lasting change. I’m a Certified Gestalt Therapist and currently training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I have experience working with first responders, military, men’s issues, and outpatient addiction. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities, and I’m committed to integrating your culture and spirituality into our work.
