Introduction

Hello! I’m Becca, a licensed clinical social worker based in Missoula, Montana. I earned my graduate degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, specializing in mental health and trauma. I’m passionate about providing high-quality mental health care to individuals, both in-person and over telehealth. My approach to therapy is centered on meeting each person where they are in their journey, working collaboratively to achieve their goals as a team. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where individuals feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout every session. I practice from a strength-based, trauma-focused and person-centered framework. I incorporate evidenced based techniques including mindfulness meditation, cognitive behavior therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and exposure response prevention. At the heart of my approach is my belief that each person is worthy and deserving of a fulfilling life.
