During our first session, I typically begin with a bio-psychosocial assessment to gain a well-rounded snapshot of your life. While we will explore what brought you to therapy, we won't immediately dive deeply into stressors. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns to support emotional and behavioral wellness. Sessions are held Monday through Thursday, and availability for in-person or telehealth sessions will be discussed during our initial meeting to determine what best supports your needs.
