Hi, I’m Barbara Pane, and I’m so glad you’re here. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen, supported, and understood — and that each of us has an inner wisdom ready to guide us toward a more authentic, joyful life. I work with people who are grieving any kind of loss, including those navigating the unique pain of suicide loss. I also love working with couples who want to strengthen their relationships and individuals navigating major life transitions or seeking deeper satisfaction and meaning in their lives. My style is warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental. I trust your innate resilience and your capacity to heal and thrive. In our work together, my hope is that you feel empowered to explore your truth, reconnect with yourself, and build the life you most long for. I have intensive training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and a deep grounding in mindfulness practices. I am also a certified yoga teacher. My work with relationships draws in large part from the Gottman Method. Whether we are working through grief, relationship challenges, or personal growth, I will meet you with care, respect, my 30 years of clinical experience, and a belief in your ability to create real and lasting change. Along with my professional experience and training, I know both the depths of profound loss and the heights of profound joy. It is my honor to companion people on their own unique journeys toward healing and wholeness. If you’re ready to take the next step, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
