I’m a culturally responsive, trauma-informed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and relationship challenges. I work with individuals, couples, and families—particularly those from communities of color, queer and immigrant backgrounds, and neurodivergent identities. As a Black man, I understand the complexities of identity, cultural expectations, and mental health stigma. I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles, where I trained in diverse therapeutic modalities. My approach is eclectic, integrative, and holistic, combining EMDR, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness-based modalities. I aim to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered to heal, grow, and live with greater authenticity and connection. Throughout our work together, my goal is to equip you with the tools you need to help navigate life's challenges and your journey of personal growth.
