Introduction

Sometimes therapy becomes a space for performing wellness—but I believe it can be a space for real healing. I work with adults who are emotionally self-aware, tired of shrinking themselves, and ready to do the work—even when it’s uncomfortable. Many of my clients are navigating complex trauma, identity shifts, or family rupture. Some are unpacking long-held roles—caretaker, fixer, scapegoat—that no longer serve them. Others are seeking clarity after years of contorting themselves to meet other people’s expectations. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t pathologize your intensity or your resistance—but I won’t let them run the show, either. We’ll work together to understand your patterns and move toward something freer and more rooted. I offer individual therapy for adults and creatives navigating trauma, relational harm, family estrangement, identity transitions, and burnout. I welcome clients who are ready to move beyond insight and into meaningful change.
