My primary areas of focus include ADHD, autism, grief, anxiety, and parents of children with IDD and/or neurodivergence. I work with adolescents 14 years and older and adults. I provide a welcoming space for folks in the LGBTQ+ community and those experiencing chronic illness. In my style of therapy, I incorporate mindfulness, communication skills, and boundary setting, and I emphasize trust-building with oneself and others. I often use somatic therapy (physical movement to connect mind and body), and the expressive arts with people who benefit from more creative methods. I also have a small therapy dog named Bagel who often joins me as my co-therapist at the office.
