I know that finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and I’m here to make that process a little easier. In my practice, I prioritize the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for change. I also believe therapy can be a space for curiosity and fun—exploring new approaches together is always encouraged! Everyone’s path is unique, so we’ll tailor our work to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need. My goal is to empower you to be your most authentic self. Whether we’re digging deep or celebrating small wins, I’m here for all of it. I’m passionate about supporting people through the many layers of life—whether navigating relationships, life transitions, past experiences, or self-worth.I’ve worked with adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families in private practice. I’m especially passionate about supporting women’s health, teens & young adults, those navigating substance use, and the BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ communities. For couples doing premarital counseling, I’m a certified facilitator of the Prepare/Enrich Program. I’m also trained in EMDR to help clients process and heal from difficult experiences. I earned my B.S. degrees in Psychology and Sociology from Texas A&M University (gig ‘em!) in 2019 and my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Hardin-Simmons University in 2022. A little about me outside of the therapy room: I’m a proud ISFJ and Enneagram 6w5—aka “The Defender.” I’m a big reader and will often recommend both fiction and nonfiction books to my clients. When I’m not reading, you can find me spending time with my family, hanging out with my pup, crocheting, or planning my next trip (traveling is one of my favorite things!). In sessions, you can expect a collaborative, supportive environment where all your emotions are welcome—even the messy ones! Therapy is a partnership, and I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey of self-exploration and growth. It would be an honor to work with you.
