Hi my name is Ashlin Applin and I'm from Wyoming. Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, teens, young adults, and families through a wide range of life experiences and emotional challenges. My work spans agency settings, nonprofit organizations, elementary, middle, and high schools, and private practice; giving me a broad and practical understanding of the unique needs kids, young people, and families face today. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, and school-related stress. I also have experience supporting families involved in foster care and adoption. I work closely with adolescents who struggle with social interactions, confidence, self-esteem, and young adults facing major life transitions such as leaving home and launching careers. I recently moved here with my husband Beau, and our two dogs, Jayde and Maple, who are always by our side. When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with family and friends, focusing on my health with nutrition and movement, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling whenever I can. I’m passionate about learning and continuously growing, both personally and professionally. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is building meaningful connections with people, and I’m committed to fostering those connections with you as we navigate your journey together.
