Introduction

Life can be overwhelming, and at times, we all need a safe space to explore our thoughts, heal from pain, and find clarity. My counseling practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential, and nonjudgmental support to help you navigate life’s challenges and discover your inner strength. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you. Through a collaborative and personalized approach, we’ll work together to identify your goals and create meaningful change. I especially love working with teens and young adults as they move through major life transitions, identity questions, relationship struggles, and emotional ups and downs. This stage of life can be confusing and intense, but it can also be a powerful time for growth and self-discovery. With over ten years of experience as a school counselor, I also understand the pressures that come with academics, peer relationships, and planning for the future. Whether you’re struggling with school-related stress, motivation, or navigating big decisions, I’m here to help. I also provide a safe, empowering space for those who have experienced domestic violence. Healing from abuse takes time, compassion, and support, and you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice, rebuild your sense of safety, and move forward at your own pace. You don’t have to go through it alone. Healing begins with a conversation, and I’m here when you’re ready!
