Introduction

"Motherhood is not the end of your story—it’s the beginning of a new chapter." This belief guides my work as a therapist, especially with first-time mothers navigating the unplanned shifts and emotional adjustments that come with motherhood. I bring a grounding, affirming presence to therapy, meeting women exactly where they are while helping them reconnect with the parts of themselves that often get lost in the role of “Mommy.” I understand the tension so many women feel—holding both the joy of caring for a child and the grief of identity shifts, career changes, and dreams that feel put on hold. My goal isn’t to erase those fears, but to help you rise through them with resilience, clarity, and compassion. I specialize in supporting women through postpartum challenges, identity shifts, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My approach blends person-centered therapy with practical, solution-focused tools that honor both emotional depth and forward momentum. Clients who work with me can expect a safe, nurturing space that balances empathy with accountability. Together, we’ll process the emotions of transition, strengthen your sense of self, and create strategies to honor both your mental wellness and your goals. I believe motherhood is not a benediction to your dreams, but an amplification—and your story is still yours to write.
