Introduction

Specialties • Individual and Couples Counseling • Trauma Informed-Solution Focused Therapy • Generational Trauma/Cycles of Poverty • Self Esteem and Self-Acceptance • Relationship Challenges • Grief/Loneliness Credentials • License Clinical Social Work • Master of Social Work Degree • Bachelor of Social Work Degree • Trauma Focused Training • Trust Based Relational Intervention Training Bio At an early age I decided to break the generational “curse” (although it was not termed this at that time) within my family. That determination required me to finish college at the minimum with a Master degree, unapologetically to those around me. Perseverance is what we all have within us, and with the right support you will prevail through any current adversities. Being a Social Worker has allowed me to partner with people who find themselves experiencing challenges that they need help navigating through. Whether its therapy or being connected with resources, I will work diligently for and with you. The goal is for you to know that you have an unbiased, non-judgmental partner during this journey. My purpose and passion are to help you get to a better version of yourself than you are currently operating in. "Autopilot" is what some of my clients have described as being, "just going through the daily motions of life." Let me assist you in getting you off autopilot. I have a broad range of experience with teenagers, women, and men of all ages who have experienced emotional and physical abuse, substance abuse, trauma, homelessness, low self-esteem, and mental health diagnoses. Each person is rightfully their unique self, and I will provide care that is personalized just for you and/or your family. Strength based perspective, behavior modification, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution focused with care and understanding of the traumatic occurrences you may have experienced, will be techniques incorporated into our sessions.
