Introduction

Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. It takes courage to begin the healing process, and I applaud you for taking those first steps. For over ten years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients in a variety of mental health settings as they navigate challenges like burnout, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, anger, stress, and relationship struggles. I'm a Level II-trained Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist also trained in EMDR and Presence Psychotherapy. In addition, I'm a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) practitioner, which means I value building safe, supportive relationships as the foundation for therapy. My approach helps you explore difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to help you not only heal wounds but also strengthen your inner resources so you can meet life’s challenges with more clarity and confidence. I’m based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and received my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington after completing my undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. While not at work, I love spending time with family and friends, being out in nature, reading, exploring new music, and playing guitar. I offer individual therapy for adults (18+) across Texas through secure and confidential video sessions. If you're curious about working together, I’d love to connect. You can call or text me at (817) 290-3021 or email me at nina@antoninahogue.com to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you!
