Introduction

My practice is driven by a passionate commitment to preventative care as I appreciate the complex interactions between mental & physical health. I truly enjoy helping clients manage stress and anxiety, cultivate loving relationships, and navigate rewarding work and careers. As a Penn State alumna, I am licensed to practice as a psychologist in the beautiful Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I am Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology and maintain authorization to practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology under the authority of PSYPACT. I specialize in providing psychotherapy intervention services for medical and mental health professionals, and I hope my work in this area will help to improve our healthcare system. I am Level 1 & 2 trained in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy and specialize in Couples Therapy. It's wonderful to see how improvement in communication and mindfulness skills can help many couples navigate conflict better and rekindle love and connection.
