I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and have had the great privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life over the past 8 years. With a humanistic approach at the heart of everything I do, I utilize an integrative format in my work with clients. I attune to my clients with an emphasis on person-centered, attachment theory, EMDR, and trauma-informed modalities. I love working with clients to overcome their traumatic past, heal their inner child, as well as understand and change how they show up in their relationships.
