Life can be challenging to navigate at times, especially during periods of change and uncertainty. Past and present stressors can seem to overlap, and we often pay the price with our health and our peace. Considering therapy is a courageous first step towards gaining a deeper personal understanding of your life journey, while also fostering healing and growth. I am passionate about helping my clients deepen their self-understanding, create a personalized plan to promote healing, improve relationships, and a create a more peaceful pace of life. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist in a variety of professional counseling settings. My areas of expertise include depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma recovery, relationship concerns, stress management, chronic illness, compassion fatigue, grief and loss, sleep issues, self-compassion, parenting issues, and career transition. My approach to the therapy process is client-centered, positive and strength based. I provide a safe, supportive and compassionate counseling environment to promote your self-discovery and healing.
