Hi! I'm Angela! I am a compassionate and experienced mental health professional with a strong commitment to supporting adults and families as they navigate life's challenges. With a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of West Florida and over 24 years of professional experience, I bring a depth of insight, empathy, and resilience to the therapeutic relationship. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief. I utilize a client-centered and integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, grounding activities, solution-focused techniques and many others. I believe in creating a safe space, a collaborative space where clients feel heard and valued, supported and acknowledged, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward their healing and personal growth. Over the course of my career, I have remained committed to ongoing professional development and to honoring the unique stories and strengths of each client I serve. My passion for this work is rooted in a deep respect for the human capacity to heal, and a desire to walk alongside others as they pursue clarity, connection, and emotional well-being.
