Hi, I’m Andy Emrich, LCSW. I’m glad you’re here! I believe therapy should lead to real change—not just insight, but progress you can feel and practical tools you can actually use. I work with individuals using IFS, EMDR, DBT, and CBT. I’m all about helping people heal from trauma—I’ve seen it happen, and I believe it’s possible for you too. I’m also big on solution-focused tools and skills training. At the end of the day, it’s about building a life that feels more stable and more yours. With couples, I use the Gottman Method, attachment, and boundary work to strengthen communication and help you build a relationship that not only lasts—but one you can genuinely enjoy being in. If you’re dealing with betrayal or infidelity, I’m trained in therapeutic disclosures, re-attunement, and rebuilding trust, or helping you to heal and move forward. I welcome individuals, couples, families, and groups. I'm fluent in English and Spanish. I know, choosing a therapist can feel like a lot. So here’s what I’ll promise you: I’ll be real with you. I’ll listen without judgment. And I’ll show up with both compassion and competence, so our work feels grounded, honest, and worth your time.
