Hello and welcome! I am licensed clinical psychologist who is passionate about providing therapy services for clients in various life stages including adults/older adults, working professionals, college students and adolescents (late teens), to name a few. I aim to provide a nonjudgmental and empathic atmosphere in which you can discuss important issues, gain practical tools and receive adequate care. As for my clinical training, I completed my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology Palo Alto University (APA Accredited), followed by a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the UC Davis Medical Center. I treat a wide range of issues and have special clinical interests in working with individuals who experience depressive and anxiety disorders, social anxiety, intergenerational trauma, multicultural/Asian American issues, poor self-esteem and confidence, work/school stress, and adjustment to major life transitions. Overall, my approach is holistic, warm and collaborative. I use evidence-based interventions in my practice which are tailored to each individual's needs. I work with clients from all cultural backgrounds, sexual orientations and gender identities. In my spare time, I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, arts and crafts, and spending time with loved ones. If you are interested in individual services, please email me at AndreaChePhD@gmail.com. I offer a brief, free phone consultation and can discuss further details during that time. I'll look forward to connecting with you.
