Hi, I’m Anastasia! I am here to support you in whatever season you're in, whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking to grow. My goal is to help you develop practical tools, work through unhelpful patterns, and make changes that align with your values and goals. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches, such as Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). We will find what works best for you, together. In our sessions, I strive to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Niagara University, and hold a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist- Families certification, which deepens my work with individuals and families who’ve experienced trauma.
