Introduction

Welcome to Transformative Tales Therapy. I'm Ana Huerta Lopez, a therapist serving deep-feeling women and committed couples in Nevada and North Carolina. I offer therapy rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that your story deserves to be rewritten — on your terms. For Women You may be carrying the quiet but heavy weight of childhood emotional wounds, trauma, or a life shaped by people-pleasing, perfectionism, or self-doubt. I support deep-feeling women like you in finding your voice, honoring your truth, and releasing the stories that no longer serve you. Together, we’ll ease anxiety, build unshakable confidence, and create empowered relationships rooted in trust and truth — starting with the one you have with yourself. Through narrative therapy, reflective dialogue, and a liberation-based lens, you’ll learn how to step out of old survival patterns and into a life shaped by clarity, connection, and self-trust. For Couples I work with committed couples who long to reconnect emotionally but feel stuck in recurring patterns of distance, tension, or miscommunication — often when one partner leans anxiously and the other alternates between avoidant and secure attachment. These dynamics can feel frustrating and painful, but they’re not unfixable. I help couples slow down, take accountability, and begin building something more resilient: a relationship that feels emotionally safe, grounded in mutual care, and aligned with the truth of who you both are. Together, we’ll explore the cycles that keep you disconnected and practice new ways of relating that foster deeper intimacy and connection.
