In my life, I have experienced a journey of self-exploration and growth that led me to transition from the corporate world to my passion, counseling. I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, trauma, negative self-talk, people pleasing, relationship problems, anger, grief and more. I use client-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), skill-building and polyvagal work.
