Introduction

Each of us wants to be seen, heard, validated, and ultimately able to live our best life. We want to BE WELL. Sometimes, we have forgotten what being well looks and feels like. For others, we wonder if we have ever experienced the feeling of being well. Our work together can help you reach your version of being well. Therapy can be hard and intimidating but it can go a little smoother when you have someone by your side. Whether this is your first time trying therapy or you've done it before, it is my goal to provide the space for you to use your voice without feeling judgment or fear. My therapeutic approach is collaborative. Curiosity is the focus, not judgment. You and I are asking questions and seeking insight and using tools together. My specialty is in depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, life transitions and generally helping people become "unstuck" in life. At the end of the day, we are all just humans trying to do the best that we can with the knowledge that we have. Let's see what we can do together!
