Introduction

I believe everyone deserves support in building the foundation they need to live an authentic and empowered life. Whether working with children, teenagers, adults, or family systems, I help clients build skills that allow them to experience connection and belonging; first within themselves, and then with the people and world around them. There are infinite ways of being human, and it's my goal to support people in their unique journey. I offer clients the space to process their experience of life, to discover their strengths and confront their challenges with compassion. I strive to provide a safe space for my clients to feel seen and valued, to be supported through the ups and downs of being human. It's my goal for them to feel empowered to better themselves and live more fulfilled lives.
