Welcome, I'm so glad you're here! If you've found my page, you're probably feeling stuck, like nobody "gets it", or that things just aren't ever going to get better. Sound familiar? I am extremely passionate about helping people rediscover their strength and feel empowered after a life of feeling like they're in the background. Bring your pets, special interests, and dark humour, because therapy doesn't always need to be so serious. We'll work together to uncover forgotten wounds and stitch them back together, all while creating a safe space for you to explore who you really are. My approach to therapy is relational, allowing for the therapeutic space to act as a reflection of how you interact with others in your life. It's a safe space for us to explore these interactions while gently challenging you to try new things and instill newfound confidence in yourself. It might sound scary, but don't worry, you don't have to do it alone! I know how hard it is to ask for help. Let me be there for you and we can take the first step towards healing together!
