Introduction

I believe mental health care is not a one size fits all dynamic because people are individualized and the healing process is not linear. In my scope of practice, I treat mental health is just like physical health. It can deteriorate, ache, and cause challenges in the same way physical health can. It can happen by accident, situationally, or biologically. I want my clients to feel supported, reach their goals and improve mental wellbeing. I will be your biggest cheerleader and approach practice in a safe & judgement free zone using my education, training and experiences as a guide.As a licensed social worker with years of experience within the field of suicide prevention, postvention (after a suicide occurs), grief, crisis & trauma you can expect to feel supported while reaching your goals of wellness. I work with clients where they are at in a collaborative and safe manner. I want to bring out the best in you at your own pace.
