As a teenager, I faced my own struggles with mental health, and that experience is a big part of why I’m so passionate about supporting teens and young adults today. I know how overwhelming life can feel sometimes, and my goal is to walk alongside you as you figure things out, heal, and grow. With my experience supporting children, teens, and families in diverse settings, I use a flexible, compassionate approach that blends thought changes (CBT), behavioral changes (DBT) and mind-body techniques to explore how your mind and body work together to shape your experiences to support your growth and deepening understanding of yourself.
