It’s not easy to feel overwhelmed all the time. Maybe anxiety or panic has started to take over your day-to-day life, or ADHD makes it hard to stay focused, follow through, or slow your thoughts down. You’ve probably tried managing things on your own for a while, and now you’re ready for something to shift. I offer therapy that’s compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to you. I work with adults (18+) to help them understand their minds, build self-trust, and move toward a life that feels more manageable and meaningful. My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a parts work–informed lens, coping skills training, and existential therapy to support both practical change and deeper insight.
