With nearly two decades in mental health care, I’ve learned that healing begins when people feel truly heard. My career has taken me from high-acuity psychiatric units in the U.S. and Europe to private practice, where I focus on helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and trauma. I created my practice to slow down, listen deeply, and provide care that is both clinically sound and personally meaningful.
