I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with a deep commitment to supporting children, adults, and families through life’s challenges. My professional background spans child welfare, health, and housing systems, and as a former foster youth, I bring both expertise and lived experience to my work. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and rooted in compassion, with the goal of helping every client feel seen, valued, and supported. In my clinical work, I provide individual, family, couple, and group therapy. I have extensive experience in psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and patient advocacy. I use evidence-based strategies to guide clients toward resilience and healing, with focus areas that include trauma, foster care and adoption-related challenges, family conflict, anxiety, and stress management. Beyond the therapy room, I am also a researcher, educator, and advocate. I contribute to national studies and teach graduate students in social work and human services, which keeps me connected to the latest knowledge in the field. This blend of scholarship, practice, and advocacy shapes my holistic perspective on care. My goal is to empower clients to navigate challenges, build on their strengths, and move forward with confidence and hope.
